Our CrossFit program is available for adults 18+. Each class is a group setting, and each day there is one workout programmed for all classes. No one person has the same level of fitness, so it is our top priority to provide professional training to scale each individual’s workout by some degree.
It may be scaled down to accommodate skill level and strength. It may be scaled up to provide continued growth as an athlete. Really, our goal is to make the hour fun, challenging, and exciting for all.
