Our CrossFit program is available for adults 18+. Each class is a group setting, and each day there is one workout programmed for all classes.
As part of our fitness programs at CrossFit Sav-Up, we offer SwimWOD four times per week at no additional cost to our members.
It is our goal to teach this group of athletes that working hard transcends our gym walls. By honing their skills as an athlete we want to hone life skills that will help them reach their potential.
CrossFit Pre-Teens is the class that bridges the gap between playing with friends and working out with friends.
The CrossFit Kids program is all about playing with friends and pairing fitness with fun. We design each evolution of the class to be fun, while teaching them safe movement patterns until they become consistent.
This program pairs you with a nutrition coach from our gym who has been screened, trained and certified to teach you the ins and outs of meal prepping, weighing, tracking and more.
