The CrossFit Kids program is all about playing with friends and pairing fitness with fun.
We design each evolution of the class to be fun, while teaching them safe movement patterns until they become consistent.
To coordinate this group of athletes is to give them strength, and that is our main focus each and every day.
Ages~6-9*
Days and Time: Tue, and Thu @ 4:00-5:00pm
*Ages are not necessarily the deciding factor. Sometimes, a child’s emotional, physical, and mental maturity can decide which class they enjoy most.
