Keith is a CrossFit Level 2 and CrossFit Kids trainer with a passion for fitness. Keith is one of our master’s athletes, who enjoys hitting the competition circuit. No matter your fitness level he can make you better! Keith has worked with both adults and kids in a large-gym setting, but found CrossFit at the age of 42, and he hasn’t looked back. In addition to CrossFit, Keith enjoys competing in Spartan races and other local fitness events. Keith believes that CrossFit is the key to staying young and moving efficiently. Keith was formerly a combat medic in the United States Army. Keith is CPR/AED qualified.
