For the next four weeks the CF Kids focus will be the squats and box jumps. The programming is based off of the CrossFit Kids Startup Curriculum. In the curriculum you will find a weeks worth of programming with two movements being the focus. This is but one example of taking those four days and extrapolating them out into a constantly varied month of workouts. You will find different example of games from the curriculum and from our gym. Please, take this and make it your own. Engage them, teach them, and enjoy the process. Always remember, with this age group, our first job is to make it fun!
